Help Wanted: Data Visualization Design Jobs > Infographics Designer - Remote Contract

Contract opportunity for a Remote Infographic Designer starting immediately!

Our client is looking for an Infographic Designer to can work 40 hours per week on developing a rich infographic that will be used to depict, in a simple, straightforward manner, the basics of the healthcare insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be a superstar in infographic storytelling with a unique, accessible, friendly point of view. S/he will be able to navigate the waters of the healthcare and insurance industries, mine valuable information and transform it into compelling, easy-to-follow graphics. It is not necessary to have specific experience in this industry. Rather, the ideal candidate will be able to nimbly gather and process the requirements of the assignment in order to produce unexpected, unique results. The work should be built in Illustrator or Photoshop and refined in InDesign or similar. In short, we need someone who can: - take the complex and make it simple - take the dry and make it lyrical - take the mundane and make it unforgettable This project goes to press mid-October, so the schedule is very aggressive. The good news is it could extend to an informational video early next year and other projects are quite possible. The client is located in Seattle but open to the Remote Designer.
